This has been a really rough week. I had a really hard time today and had to walk again. My legs felt like jell-o and could barely move. I have been getting enough sleep and eating well, but I'm going to count my calories today to confirm that I'm eating enough. Also, my work stress level has reached a boiling point this week and will probably not subside until I leave for vacation.
I also wonder if I'm overtraining and should take tomorrow off completely. Having to walk two days in a row really gets me down, and I'd rather rest my legs than have to walk again. AAARRRGGGHHH!

PM: Wow! I only ate about 1300 calories today, plus a soda (yes, BAD, I know). So, it was probably closer to 1500 or 1600. 57% carbs (180 grams), 17% protein (50 grams), and 26% fat (33 grams). The proportions seem OK (maybe?). Now, today was not a typical day. I was in court all morning, so I didn't get my morning snack. Everything but the soda was healthy, though. I don't typically count calories, but I don't know how much more I should eat, if anything. Hmmm.... |
