Tue, 06 Oct 2009 06:00:00 Mon, Oct 05, 2009 http://Shauna.fastrunningblog.com/blog-10-05-2009.html I ran two miles again today, again without the GPS. It was really nice out, although I was sore from the other day. I also walked over two miles with the baby in the stroller this morning, which I'll count as cross-training miles. The run felt a little easier. I didn't weigh myself today.
