Personal:

I've been running since high school (mid-1990s) and do pretty well when I'm focused on a goal. My main problem  is running consistently when I'm NOT training for something specific. I'm an attorney, and I've been married to my husband, also a runner (but not a blogger-I'm trying!), for 4 years. We live in Phoenix, Arizona.

I just went running...and listened to Guns n Roses...in the cold November rain!  It wasn't really that cold though.  It was my first run by myself in a while, so I decided to find out what pace I'm truly at right now.  I ran 49:33, a 9:55 average.  At this point, I'm totally fine with that.

The leaves are starting to turn, and it was awesome running in the daytime.  Now I'm off to Coldplay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love love LOVE this weather!  It makes running a no-brainer.  I ran with my friend again.  We have been running about the same pace lately, and tonight it felt much easier.  I will probably be on my own tomorrow night, so I'll see how my pace is when I'm running alone.  I am kind of thinking about doing a Turkey Trot on Thursday morning, but it will depend on a lot of things: the weather, for one, and mainly the fact that I will be recovering from a night of COLDPLAY!
