Personal:

I've been running since high school (mid-1990s) and do pretty well when I'm focused on a goal. My main problem  is running consistently when I'm NOT training for something specific. I'm an attorney, and I've been married to my husband, also a runner, for 5 1/2 years. We live in Phoenix, Arizona.  We had a beautiful baby girl, Caroline, in August 2009.

Good run, another beautiful, shorts and tank top evening.  Total time was 46:55, a 9:23 average pace.  I tried to concentrate on my form during certain segments of the run.  The pace felt a little more difficult than it should have, but I guess that's what I get when I'm lazy and slack off on the running!

Nice job on another fiver! I think that's a great average pace, esp. after taking some time off. Are training for a race currently?

I bet your bathroom looks excellent (or will look excellent if it's not done yet)! Keep taking it one day at a time and good luck with your cases!

Christi, yes, I am training (in theory, at least). I have a half marathon next weekend that I'm just going to do for fun. And I am signed up for another marathon in San Diego on June 1. I really need to get cracking on training for that!
